Thank you for understanding how we enjoy doing business. Being focused on one event and one vendor at a time. You will soon find out, many of our events are planned years in advance. Our goal with you as a vendor, is to see if our events are a great fit. Retention is our goal with you as a business we are proud to be associated with and you are proud to be our vendor.

When you sign-up for any of our events, you will receive and email after your payment has posted… looking like this… – Thank you

Welcome on board with our Nevada Craft Shows – Gardnerville, NV Chapter Date of Event.

  • Setup is on Date of Event from 7am to 8am. You will have a space for your vehicle to park and a space for up to a 10ft by 10ft canopy right behind your vehicle. (Great to us for storing things and your what nots.)
  • Our event is advertised from 8am to 1pm. It’s a must to stay for the whole event, because of our Advertising & Marketing agreements. If you know you must leave before our event ends, let us know before setup. (We’ll place you in a space that does not effect our show and other vendors. We understand…)
  • Breakdown is from 1pm to 3pm only. Do not leave anything behind. By 4pm our landlord/host takes back our space and you no longer have ownership of what you left behind.
